Ingredients for cooking Budget-friendly Meat Rolls :
- 1 lb (450 g) ground meat.
- 4 chicken eggs.
- 2 tablespoons tomato paste.
- 1 tablespoon mustard.
- Fresh parsley.
- 1 onion.
- 1 red bell pepper.
- 1 carrot.
- 3 tablespoons flour.
- 3.5 oz (100 g) cheese.
- 2.8 oz (80 g) mozzarella cheese.
- 2 cloves garlic.
- 2 pickled cucumbers.
- 3 tablespoons of mayonnaise.
- Vegetable oil.
- Butter.
- Olive oil.
- Salt.
- Ground black pepper.
- Sweet paprika powder.
Sauce:
- 2 tablespoons of tomato paste.
- Soy sauce 1.5 tablespoons (20 ml).
- 1 teaspoon mustard.
- 1 tablespoon olive oil.

Garnish:
- 3 potatoes.
- Salt.
- Butter.
- Mushrooms.
- 1.8 oz (50 g) Parmesan cheese.
- Green onions.
How to make a Budget-friendly Meat Rolls
Step 1
Combine 1 lb (450 g) ground meat, 2 chicken eggs, Salt, Ground black pepper, Sweet paprika powder, 2 tablespoons tomato paste, and 1 tablespoon mustard in a bowl. Finely chop some fresh parsley and add it to the previous mixture and mix well.
Then, put the pan on the stove (on medium heat) and add Vegetable oil, Butter and let it heat up. Chop 1 onion finely and add it to the pan and cook on medium heat until golden brown. Chop 1 carrot, 1 red bell pepper and add to the mixture and fry the vegetables until soft.
Step 2
Boil the 2 chicken eggs until done. add the vegetables to the bowl with the ground meat. Add 3 tablespoons flour and mix well. Grate the two boiled eggs well. Take 3.5 oz (100 g) cheese (use a type of your choice) and grate it well. Add 2 cloves garlic, 3 tablespoons of mayonnaise, salt, and ground black pepper and mix well.


Step 3
Take 3 potatoes and cut them into small pieces. Put them in a pot, add water, add a little salt and boil the potatoes until tender. Finely chop 2 pickled cucumbers. Grease a baking dish with olive oil. Cover the table with plastic wrap. Press 2 tablespoons of minced meat with vegetables onto the minced meat with a spoon. Mix 1 tablespoon of chicken egg and cheese. Place a sliced cucumber on top and roll the minced meat into a roll. Use cling film to make the roll even and beautiful. place the roll in a baking dish. Then bake in the oven at 180°C (356°F) for 35-40 minutes.
Step 4
Place a pan of finely chopped mushrooms on the stove, add butter to it, add mushrooms and cook until golden brown. Now mash the boiled potatoes well. Now add the fried mushrooms to it. Add finely chopped 1.8 oz (50 g) Parmesan cheese, finely chopped green onions and mix.
Add 2 tablespoons of tomato paste, 1.5 tablespoons (20 ml) of soy sauce, 1 teaspoon mustard and 1 tablespoon olive oil and mix.
After 30 minutes, take the meat rolls out of the oven and spread this mixture on them. Then put finely chopped 2.8 oz (80 g) mozzarella cheese on top. Bake it for another 15 minutes at 180°C (356°F).
