- Take 4 slices of bread and remove the middle as shown in the picture.
- Roll the removed middle with a rolling pin. Add Cheddar Cheese, and Sausage and roll.
- Break 2 eggs into a bowl, add salt, pepper mix as needed and beat well.
- Add 2 tbsp milk (30 ml) to it and beat well.
- Put the pan on the stove and add olive oil to it.
- Then, coat the prepared rolls well in the egg mixture and fry until golden brown.
- Add finely chopped green onions to the egg mixture and beat well.
- Place the previously removed bread in the pan and pour the egg mixture in the middle.
- Fry both sides well (about 1 minute)
