
Ice cream is a dessert that everyone, big or small, loves. Chocolate ice cream can be easily made at home using only 3 ingredients. The specialty here is that we make it by hand beating. Anyone can easily make it to their liking in a short time. The ingredients required are mentioned below.
Ingredients Chocolate Ice Cream

- 600ml thickened (whipping) cream
- 1 can sweetened condensed milk (397g)
- ½ cup unsweetened cocoa powder
Method
- Put the cream in a large bowl and beat well (until stiff peaks form and are well-aerated).
- Add the condensed milk and cocoa powder to the whipped cream bowl. Give it a quick mix.
- If you want to mix well, beat with an electric beater over low heat.
- Transfer to a freezer safe container and cover with a cling wrap. Freeze for at least 6 hours.
- It is not advisable to serve ice cream right out of the freezer because it is too cold. So, it is advisable to leave it for a few minutes before serving.. Serve in bowls or in cones.
