β Tips for successful preparation Chocolate Mung Kavum
- π° Honey: Do not heat the honey too much and take it to the “stringy state”. Then the kavum dough may become hard. Remove from the stove when it thickens a little.
- π° Flour frying: The green gram flour and rice flour should be fried very well. Then the taste and aroma of the kavum will increase.
- π° Chocolate flavor: If you want a stronger chocolate flavor, you can melt a piece of “Dark Chocolate” while heating the honey.
- π° Turning off: Turning the mixture off slightly before cutting the kavum pieces can control breakage.
- π° These chocolate green kavum give a new look to the traditional taste and are a great treat during tea time.
