- 2 medium sized potatoes, boiled and mashed

- Rampa curry leaves

- 1/4tsp turmeric powder
- 1/4tsp chilli powder if required
- 1 tsp oil
- 2 beaten eggs
- About 50g breadcrumbs
- 1/4tsp oil
✅ Method of preparation Air Fryer Cutlet
⭐ Step 1
- First, add the chopped salmon to the boiled potatoes and mix well.
- Now add 1 tsp of oil to the pan and when the oil is hot, add the turmeric, chopped onions, chopped green chilies and saute for about a minute.
- Then add the potato-salmon mixture to it and saute for two to three minutes while stirring well.
- While sauteing, add salt and pepper to taste and if necessary, chili powder and mix well.
- Now remove this mixture from the stove and let it cool down for a while.

- Now take equal parts of this mixture and make cutlet balls.
- While making the balls, do not make them too big.
- Then try to flatten them.
- Now roll these balls in the eggs and then in the breadcrumbs.

- If you do it twice, you can fry the cutlets nicely without flattening them.

- Meanwhile, brush some oil on the air fryer rack and preheat the air fryer to 180⁰c for 10 minutes.
- After preheating, place the cutlet balls that have been coated in breadcrumbs in the air fryer.
- Now put the air fryer on 180⁰c for 6 minutes.
- After 6 minutes, open the air fryer, shake the air fryer rack a little, move the cutlets around, and put the air fryer back on for another 6 minutes.
- Now if the cutlets are golden brown in color, take them out.
- Otherwise, put them back on for a few more minutes until they are golden brown in color.
