Instructions
- Fry the Bacon: (Optional)

- Sauté the Onions:
- Slice the onion well and add a little oil to the pan
- Fry until golden brown (slightly reddish)
- Cook the Eggs:
- Place a pan on the stove and add a little oil
- Crack the two eggs into the pan
- Add a little salt and pepper
- Flip the eggs before the whites fully set
- When fully cooked, remove to a plate
- Prepare the Toast:
- Spread butter on the 4 slices of bread
- Put them in a toaster if you have one. If not, toast them in a pan
- Toast until both sides are golden brown
- Assemble the Sandwich:
- Take one slice of toast
- Spread ketchup or mayonnaise (if desired)
- Place the cheese slice on top
- Add the fried egg
- Next, add the sautéed onions
- Add the bacon (if using)
- Place tomato slices on top
- Add some lettuce leaves
- Cover with the other slice of toast
